Ms. Rodriguez is a Ventura County native; born and raised in the beautiful city of Camarillo. She is the youngest of 3 children. Her parents, Guadalupe and Alicia immigrated to the United States in the 1970’s and made Camarillo their home. Her parents instilled in Ms. Rodriguez a strong work ethic. They only allowed Spanish to be spoken in the home; in order for their children to become fluent in Spanish. They nurtured a great respect for both cultures, Mexican and American and instilled in her the importance of an education.
