Griselda S. Rodriguez, Esq.
Ms. Rodriguez is known for her strong work ethic, her passion to fight for the rights of her employee clients, and her compassionate ways in explaining the entire process to her clients. Ms. Rodriguez is licensed to practice in all California courts, local federal courts, and the United States Supreme Court.
EDUCATION
Ms. Rodriguez received her B.S. from California State University, Northridge and earned her J.D. from Glendale University College of Law. She is a first-generation attorney and brings a wealth of knowledge and experience in employment law, working in this field for over 16 years; becoming an attorney in 2015 while working full-time and attending an evening law school program.
Ms. Rodriguez is a 2016 graduate of the Consumer Attorneys Association of Los Angeles Plaintiff Trial Academy. She is active with the Los Angeles Trial Lawyers Charity and is currently a board member.

SERVICE IN THE COMMUNITY
Griselda enjoys spending time in the community and often participates in programs helping to make a difference.

She is an executive committee member of the Los Angeles Trial Lawyers Charities (LATLC), participating in many of the charitable events that they do.
Griselda sees first hand the basic needs that many in our communities are faced with, and being an integral part of LATLC allows her the opportunity to help the community, and that fills her heart with gratitude.
Also, it allows her to be visible to the community and she is hopeful that visibility will break stereotypes and cause children to dream BIG and know that they too can achieve all their goals and dreams.
In 2022 Griselda serves as LATLC’s Secretary and she will lead LATLC as President in 2026.
INSPIRING YOUTH
Griselda volunteers her time to talk to the youth and inspire them. She lets them know that their dreams can come true if they put the work in.
