Our Passion

At the heart of Ms. Rodriguez’s work is a deep commitment to service, leadership, and empowerment. She believes that success carries a responsibility to give back and to help create opportunities for others, especially for families, children, and young people who may not always see what is possible for their futures.

Her passion for community involvement is not performative or occasional; it is a consistent, values‑driven part of her life and professional journey. Whether through hands‑on service, leadership roles, or mentorship, Ms. Rodriguez is dedicated to making a meaningful and lasting impact.

Service in the Community

Ms. Rodriguez is deeply rooted in her community and remains actively engaged in efforts that strengthen and uplift those around her. She regularly participates in programs and events designed to support families, children, and individuals facing financial hardship, housing insecurity, and other significant challenges.

As a member of the executive committee of Los Angeles Trial Lawyers’ Charities (LATLC), Ms. Rodriguez plays an active role in advancing the organization’s mission to serve vulnerable populations throughout Southern California. LATLC supports a wide range of initiatives, including food distribution, holiday assistance, educational programs, and emergency relief efforts for families in need. Through this work, Ms. Rodriguez collaborates with other trial lawyers and professionals who share a commitment to service and social responsibility.

Her involvement with LATLC allows her to see firsthand the realities many families face on a daily basis. These experiences reinforce her belief that access to basic necessities, such as food, clothing, shelter, and educational resources, can make a profound difference in people’s lives. Being able to contribute to meeting those needs is what makes this work especially meaningful to her.

Ms. Rodriguez served as Secretary of LATLC in 2022 and will lead the organization as its President in 2026, a role that reflects both her dedication to the mission and the trust placed in her leadership. In this capacity, she continues to advocate for thoughtful, compassionate service that creates real, tangible change in the community.

Inspiring Youth

In addition to her charitable leadership, Ms. Rodriguez is deeply committed to inspiring and mentoring young people. She believes that representation matters and that visibility can be a powerful catalyst for change. By being present in schools, community events, and youth‑focused programs, she hopes to show children and young adults that success is achievable, regardless of background or circumstance.

Ms. Rodriguez regularly volunteers her time to speak with students and youth groups, sharing her personal journey, professional experiences, and the lessons she has learned along the way. Her message is grounded in honesty, perseverance, and self‑belief. She encourages young people to dream big, work hard, and remain committed to their goals, even when the path forward feels uncertain.

She is especially passionate about helping young people see themselves as capable, deserving, and worthy of opportunity. By breaking down stereotypes and challenging limiting beliefs, Ms. Rodriguez aims to empower the next generation to pursue higher education, meaningful careers, and lives of purpose and impact.

Speaking Engagements & Community Events

Ms. Rodriguez welcomes opportunities to connect with students and community members through speaking engagements, panels, and educational events. She enjoys engaging in thoughtful conversations about leadership, resilience, community service, and the importance of giving back.

If you would like Ms. Rodriguez to speak at your school, youth program, or community event, her office would be happy to assist with coordinating a visit.
